If approved, an RMA number will be provided which MUST be included in the packaging. If not included your returned product will be refused. All return shipping costs to and from Vivid Racing are the responsibility of the customer or distributor initiating the warranty claim. If the product is determined to be covered under warranty Vivid Racing will repair the product within original spec, offer a replacement, or refund if needed to the original purchaser.
